The “Six World Famous Roses” designed by Paragon in conjunction with the renowned rose grower Harry Wheatcroft. Each piece features one of Harry’s famous roses. Made of fine bone china each cup has a pastel colour to compliment the featured rose.

‘Virgo’ is a footed teacup with closed white roses, gold trim, and a very light blue colour inside the cup. 

Made in the Staffordshire Potteries, England circa 1960 by Paragon China Co. Ltd. Atlas Works, Longton.

Base stamp – By Appointment to H.M. The Queen. China Potters. 

Lovely condition, no damage just a little gilding rub on handle.

The Paragon China Company was a British manufacturer of bone china from 1919 to 1960, based in Stoke-on-Trent. It held two Royal Warrants – By appointment to the Queen and By appointment to the Queen Mother.
