This pretty set was made by AB Jones & Sons (Ltd), a company based at the Grafton Works in Longton, one of the key Staffordshire Potteries towns. The company used ‘Grafton’ and ‘Royal Grafton’ as trade names.
Made during the 1940s this coffee cup and saucer are decorated in the exquisite pattern ‘Kismet’ of oriental birds in a floral design finished with gold edge.
Coffee cup – 6.5 cm tall x 6.5 cm diameter
Saucer – 12 cm diameter
