Antique Victorian tea set decorated with a Wedgwood blue stippled glaze borders. In the Coalport Batwing style and unmarked as many of these early pieces were, a pattern # 4431 is painted in gold on some items. This is a good quality Staffordshire set, beautifully hand painted by skilled artists on fine bone china. Each piece has stylised panels of birds and floral designs on a white ground with gilded flower borders and scalloped rims. Lovely colours, cup handles are also intricately decorated with gold.
