Dainty tea Trio

Victorian dainty tea set decorated with pastel coloured flowers. The scalloped shaped teacup has a heart shape handle and although unmarked, as many of these early pieces were, a pattern # 552 is painted in puce on the base. This is a good quality Staffordshire set, beautifully hand painted by skilled artists on fine bone china. Each piece is hand painted with floral designs on a pure white ground with gilded scalloped rims.

Very good condition with little signs of wear.
