Nymphenburg Basket Weave Trio

Since its establishment in 1747 the Nymphenburg factory has produced porcelain of the highest quality for the luxury European market. It is one of the last porcelain producers in the world where every single part is made entirely by hand. 

This top quality tea set is made of translucent white porcelain, with an impressed basket weave border and decorated with colourful flower posies. Each piece is decorated by hand and no two pieces are alike. Unusually this set is also gilded on the rims and cup handle. Marked with the green factory shield of Nymphenburg, model number 420, design 865.
