Henry M Williamson & sons were manufacturers of fine china for the affluent Victorians based at the Bridge Pottery Works in Longton Stoke on Trent – 1879-1947.

This elegant tea set was made during the early years at the factory and has been well looked after since it’s purchase in the 1890s. The crisp white china is decorated in autumnal colours, urns of flowers and autumn fruits, with leaf scrolls and scalloped gilded rims. Pattern # 9812 ” Worcester “.

Saucer – 13.5 cm diameter

Plate – 17.5 cm diameter

Beautiful condition, little use if any, may have a tiny bit of gilding rub – 130 years old.

Henry M Williamson & sons – Bone china manufacturers at the Bridge Pottery Works Longton Stoke on Trent – 1879-1947. From 1912 onwards they used the brand name Heathcote china until 1941 when they joined E.Brian&coLtd of the Foley china company to see out the war years.
