Wonderful English Fine china from the Minton Factory, Stoke on Trent since 1793. Minton is regarded as the best of the English china factories and as such is very sought after by collectors.

This range of tea wares,  Cockatrice pattern # 4863, were first made in the late 1800s. The bone china is decorated by hand with enamel paints depicting an exotic bird & floral decoration in greens, pinks, reds, blues & browns on a white background.

Large Bowl – 7.5 cm high x 13 cm diameter

Minton hallmark on the underside, dates to 1912.

Excellent condition, fabulous enamels, age is over 100 years (tiny nick in the rim is the only damage)
