The Glasgow Style

From the early 1890s a close-knit circle of around 75 designers operated in Glasgow, with Charles Rennie Mackintosh as the key lead, inspiration and the most widely recognised. All are connected in one way or another with The Glasgow School of Art and would be defined as the distinct group with a predominant style commonly known as the Glasgow Style.
